    Loved all of your post. The strawberry popcicles sound divine in this heat. I may have to try them myself. Sorry to hear about the coot and your onions.

    I'd never seen the slug condos. Will definitely be on the look out for them since this has been an especially bad year. I really need to do something that my googy dogs won't get at and kill themselves eating.

    It was very nice hearing that you found this posting good.

    I hope that you get a chance to try those popsicles. They are soooo good on a gruelling hot day. The slug things do work well when it is a bit moister. On these dry days and nights, they are not on the move so much.
    I bury the slug traps into the ground a bit instead of just laying them on top of the soil, I don't want birds or something flipping the tops off.
