Donna when we have this kind of problem here which is very often, just tell the person on the other end of the line that you want to speak to the MAN that can get things done properly and correctly who is usually the boss or manager. Good luck!!!
Wow, reading this saga makes me realize we got very lucky. We moved into this house before Christmas, and between then and now, we bought all new appliances. They said they'd deliver on X day, and there they were. We were due a rebate or two, which came in the mail right on schedule. We had a bunch of handywork done, and things have stayed fixed. The painter got the colors right, and did a good job. We've purchased other furniture, which arrived on schedule. The only issue we had was a glider that we ordered through the mail which arrived broken. Shipping it back was annoying just because we had to figure out how to get it back in the box, but they took care of sending a driver to pick it up, the shipping costs, everything. And we were complaining about that! But your issue puts it very much in perspective and makes me realize that I have NOTHING to complain about! I don't suppose it's much consolation for all the stress that your floor looks fabulous!
Now that the floor is in place, the next big task is getting the refrigerator back in place without scratching the floor. You may need all 28 gnomes for that. Jerry
Donna--That floor looks beautiful. I am glad it is finally done. Jerry--My family growing up always joked about the water goblins infecting our house, septic, outside watering system, dishwasher, you name it. We were & are still very familiar with gremlins.
Sorry to hear you went through all that, but looks as though it was worth it, cause that's a nice floor! Glad your nightmare is done.
