Those are all so beautiful. Are any of them fragrant?
My Mom tried to grow an orchid but she does not have a green thumb for them. It just slowly died no matter what she tried. Great pic's.

Those orchids are lovely! All of them. I couldn't pick a favorite.

I'd love to grow orchids like that outside. Our poor potted plant orchids aren't too fond of our living room at the moment I'm afraid. :(

They just need plenty of bright, indirect light and lots of feed. They are really easy to keep!

I'm always finding people who have orchids not in flower. They are generally just in need of a good root prune and a re pot. Also once they have finished flowering, cut the flower stem right back to about 2 inches from the leaves. This will encourage a new flower stem.

I don't understand how people can struggle with them!

They're easier to look after than a peace lily! :-D

Joe... I'm one of those people who are intimidated by orchids.
Someone abandoned one here at the office and I tried keeping it alive, but failed. I don't think it was bright enough... or just not healthy to begin with.

One of these days I'm going to break down and buy one!

This video is very good. It tells you how to repot an orchid and as you will see, you can be very brutal with the root pruning. They love it. I would re pot after every flowering cycle.
