Virginia, Louise, Shirley & Jean - my mother and her 3 sisters. When they got together we always said they cackled like a bunch of old hens.
The missus said she could never eat something that had been named. So I named them, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper.
That is funny FBG. I would still be in trouble though. I would loose big time if I raised live stock. If I had 100 cows, they would all have names even if it was the tag numbers on their ears... And I would have that many pets. Moo-moo #1 etc..
I have never had chickens but here are a few suggestions: Aggie, Flossie & Henrietta. FYI...my rue and dill plants are doing well. Thanks for the seeds.
