Need Advice: Best Method To Prevent Major Transplant Shock For Tomatoes?

I didn't buy them Mart....a man on one of the YouTube vids I've watched for year, sent seeds to me as his giveaway....i babied these puppies from seed over the winter hydroponically ..started on 1/29/17 (which is the name of the post)..i posted the ups and downs and what was lost to what is still here. I ordered blossom set spray because of the lack of insects. I shake the plant as if I were a bee until it gets here friday...lol. boy what we do for our plants!!!
