Welcome saffon from another newbie in eastern washington

 

"Essencoftime where in Australia are you from?"

Hi saffron - I am currently live in Central Coast, about 1 1/2 hrs drive from Sydney - place called WoyWoy, birthplace of Spike Milligan. In Aboriginal language WoyWoy translates as "Deep Water" (Spike used to ask - which one is "Deep" and which one is "Water"? (LOL)
Just before Christmas we have annual "Spikefest" - people from all over the world come and celebrate comedian's life, including big " I am walking Backwards for Christmas" parade, Oyster's Growers festival, jazz, stand up comedy. I lived in many places bust seems to enjoy this one a lot even though Spike used to call it "God's waiting room"
