So sorry that those night critters did to your beautiful corns. If the rats problem persist it would be good to consider setting up a owl house in your lottie to keep those pest in check.
Thanks KK-- Funny you should mention the owl box, as I have been discussing getting one. Not to combat the rats, but just because it would be nice to have one. I think that if they lived in the box, they would definitely help with keeping the rat pop down.
