Kay----Glad to hear you do yoga too! I enjoy it too. I swear it keeps me strong/flexible & reduces stress.

Hi Folks,..well there you go,..it pays to complain,..calmly but cuttingly,..i handed in a letter to my Doctor so it will be interesting to see what she has to say i will also make an appointment to speak to her in person,..it was not her fault of course,..but from the Pharmacy back up to the Irish Medicines Board,..if anything more develops i will update.

Jane,.. mentioned the "Bushmills Whiskey",..sadly its gone,.. :D,..i had a visitor helping me celebrate the New Year,..for 5 hours,..we medicated ourselves with no ill effects,.. :) .

Eileen,..imagine if they substituted medication for a stroke or heart condition and the substitute medication failed to work,.. i can see it happen if the "cheap replacement",..was as ineffective as mine.

Hi Cayuga Morning,..Hi Kay,..between gardening,..walking the dog on long walks,..boating,..and the Yoga,..plus a few other exercises,..it helps me climb through the bathroom window which is 12 inches by 18 inches,..when i lock myself out,..

    :D

I'm glad you got your proper medication. We've got the same arrangement here. Sometimes it's fine, other times it doesn't work as well as it should. I've also had to go back to the pharmacy to get what the doctor prescribed. Our GP is very good at telling the pharmacy to give out the prescribed medicines and not the substitutes. We're lucky in our GP. :D
