    Not to insult your Horseradish. It looks like a tortured elephant with no back legs. :)D)
    Seriously, we only take up a few roots and leave some. We never run out of Horseradish. The tuber that keeps on giving.

    I KNOW!!! The thing is huge. Every year it seems like it comes back bigger! I told Ron that this year we really have to thin it out some....I'm surprised that pot hasn't split right down the side!!

    Ronni, I guess I missed the part about the Horseradish growing in a pot.
    Our's grows in the ground. Maybe we have a "Tortured elephant" hiding in the earth too!
