My tribe is not expanding like yours, Gertie was our last newcomer :p Lets see...we have Stratton in the house, Jazzy (who adopted Bret and has him wrapped around her little paw)the original neighborhood cats Sonny & Hissy, Spooky and the neighbors cats Hyatt, JJ, and FatCat. Sometimes we have all 8 cats at the food dish! Needless to say we do not have mice in our garage!! :p

Deanna,..i would dread looking back as many of those cats are long gone.

A few weeks ago i heard Molly barking at the bottom of the garden,..went out to see what was up,..there was 'Olivia' huddled in a corner with Molly barking at her,..shut up you fool that's Olivia was my response,..Molly just stared at me,..because some time later as i was uploading the pictures i discovered it wasn't Olivia :frustrated:,..no wonder Molly was barking,..stared at me as well.

Hi Kay,..i learned that the impostors name is Tommy,..owned by a Polish woman who lives in the locality,..he visits my garden quite often,..don't think he understands English,..just stares at me lol.
Wow,..your Chloe just had her 15th birthday,..that's a ripe old age,..and Dolly is 11 plus a bit,..they both look well:like:,..my oldest is ' Plain ',..she is about 13 years,..getting scruffy looking these days,..gave up preening it seems.

Clara,..the big Tom,..used to be a she,..well i mistakenly thought,..as there is a village named Clara i kept the name.

    Clara.

Lol Deanna,..i can well see that happening to me,..i have to wash my oldest cat as she got some type of oil all over her coat,..i suspect she was rooting around at the back of a restaurant,..bins probably.

I am sure i mentioned that poor 'Stripes' wasn't feeling too well and was finding it hard to breathe so i rushed him to the Vets on a Sunday,..he was kept in and had an operation,..he had a hole in his chest cavity? and fluid was getting in preventing him from breathing,..operation wasn't a success,..he went walkabout.

    After the operation.

Poor little Stripes. I wonder how he got a hole in his chest cavity? Do you think it may have been from a dog bite? So sorry to hear that the operation didn't cure the problem for him.

Eileen,..the Vet said there was no marks on the outside,..so not a bite or injury recently,..shortly after that loss another cat 'Tux' was looking poorly,..it was Leukaemia,..the Vet could boost him up but at the first sign of any illness he would be suffering,..'Tux' had to be put down.

    'Tux'.
    Tux..jpg

'Tux' and 'Blind Pew' always cuddled up at night,..went out during the day and night together,..Tux always leading,..the were like that from kittens,..anyway when Tux died Pew was out of sorts so i paid more attention to Pew,..on the 20th of Jan Pew went out for his usual midnight wandering and never came back,..i took the pictures below just before he went outside.
