Pics near my home in Nova Scotia

    No GG, I have a Sony Cyber-shot 7.2 digital camera but I am very much a 'point & shoot' person ;)
    For instance, I was trying to take a photo for a friend of her dog jumping over a bar at an exercise class but every time I tried he was either just approaching or just over the jump. I managed to get it just right by taking the shot just as he came up to the bar and by the time the shutter went it was just in the right place. I think I could use a tripod when I zoom as the slightest movement makes the picture shake. Thanks for the info :-D

    That model camera should have a "sport" setting option...try that and always try to shoot "just ahead" of a moving object.....a tripod is a great thing to use as well. Don't give up!!
    I take 1000's of photos and delete 100's of them due to bad shots.

    You sure live in a beautiful part of Canada gardeningguy. One day when my kids are all married off I'd like to see more of Canada. I've never left Ontario!
