Hi Chubby, methinks you have green fingers!,..lovely flowers all,..and well captured water hyacinth's.

Yay!!!!!! :-D Good for you. Your Water Hyacinth was beautiful I have not been tempted to try water gardening , but you are making me think about it. I already have the liner, I have just never put it in. Since we have a gazillion pieces of heavy equipment, I could probably have it done in a minute. My son and husband could even do the wiring for the electric pump. I'm thinking about it.
I think I may be as excited as you are to see that first bud! Can't wait to see it showing off! And Carolyn... go for it! It doesn't have be anything large scale. I bet you'll like it
i know i cant believe its producing a flower already its only been a couple weeks! whats funny is after it got dug up by the ki and i replanted it i havent really done anything but go out and check on it. i havent been able to in about a week (bc of the new baby) so im thrilled i didnt miss it!
I love your little porch water garden. Your water lily seems to like it's home, and the water hyacinth is very pretty. I've ended up with a water garden too. My two precious girls brought frog spawn home. My husband had a tub dug down just that day, so we had a home for the frog spawn but no plants for them, so I went out and bought one. It's a floater called Hydrocharis. Then my mother bought herself a yellow water lily which lives in a tub on my veranda since my mother doesn't have a pond (even though she's always wanted one, and a water lily). I guess I've got a lot to learn about them.
