Thank you for the nice comments. We ended up with 71 small 2 serving bags in the freezer plus made a delicious carrot raisin salad that was so sweet we ate it as desert.
Beautiful carrot crop, 2ofus. I like raw carrots best and sometimes make a carrot salad. I grate the carrots, add raisins, mayonnaise and a little honey.
