Question about green potato skins

    Thanks for the first hand account lchanson, sounds terrible. Just another reminder that "if it's green put it back where it's been" :)

    We have peeled the green away and used the rest.
    When in doubt, throw it out.

    I always peel off ALL the green, then cook. Works for me.

    plus you would have to eat 5 lbs at a sitting to do any harm. just peel and cook as usual.
