Seeding trading and growing food is a fundamental human right, about as basic as it gets. As for the seed library, it is put on by a large food movement non profit organisation called Lifecycles. The library just provides a venue. But it is a legitimate professional group not just community members.
Typical right? Something that seems like it would be helpful and enjoyed by the community is turned down the the legislation.
