Here's the little terrarium planted up. Yep... it's that small... that's a "normal" sized place mat.

I added a couple of pieces from a Parlor Palm. When I bought it, I knew was too large. But it had some little "babies". So I took the babies and gave the rest to a co-worker.
Now... for the "theme". I have an idea, but haven't been able to find exactly what I want. So stay tuned....

cherylad, That looks great. Now I find the easiest way to keep terrariums is to keep the plants cut down. Don't let them get too large and they will bush out nicely. You can see on the last picture on page one that I practice what I preach.

Please understand I maintained my terrariums all the time till 3 years ago. I just haven't done much but I will get back on it now.

Really, your little terrarium really looks good. Waiting to hear about the theme.

That looks like 5 gallons of exciting fun. A nice variety of plants. It will be fun to hear about your terrarium adventures.

Okay... it's got a theme now. Not my first choice, but it works. Found a bag of Rainforest Animals. So I guess it's a Rainforest theme!

Awwhh! That is sure cute. You did good. I love it.

I really never had a theme for my terrariums except I had dart frogs living in mine. LOL That's theme enough.

Now you are getting my interest up in doing my L shape terrarium again. It's just waiting for me to get going.

I love your sweet little world. Congrats.

A rainforest theme with animals as an accent, excellent idea Cheryl.
