Ruth, I am so glad you were successful in getting the cookies made. A little change here and there and it worked. Isn't parchment paper wonderful? I won't bake with out it. Do your cookies taste the same as your grandma's? If they pass the girls' taste test that means they are perfect, right? Congratulations.
