I would say that's a Winter flowering Clematis. Clematis are one of the few plants where you can have a different one ( at least one ) in flower every week of the year without forcing or any other man-made interference. The other plant famous for this is Iris.
It's got to be as mine always died off before autumn but since they've died off my yellow plants have grown...so they must have been sucking the goodness out the ground

Hi Ants ive had it over three years now and it usually flowers mid march, i am south facing and it has been really mild until the last week or so bad frost tonight will knock it back.
My camellia is in flower way to early and before the middles can properly open some are dropping off
