It is probably your phone company Connie. My phone company has been deliberately cutting my internet speed because they are not my ISP. They are a big nationwide company, but they play dirty and nasty. I would have a different land line provider if one were available here.
Went US Cell For our CP's Land Line was even slower.Could clean clean whole house. Before picture would come up. And to have Dish here $185. a month
Ouch. That is terrible Connie. Mine is not quite that bad, except the last week or two I cannot post a picture here. I can post pictures on photobucket, and another forum, but not this one. Frank is trying to figure out the problem so he can fix it. Thank you Frank. Perhaps it is not my phone company, but they have been causing all kinds of mischief on my line just because I do not want their internet service. My speed is only about 1/3 to 1/2 what it is supposed to be.
