Cayu--if this is the Chinese Lantern plant, I can only warn you. While the plant produces a lovely, orange "lantern", it can be extremely invasive. I planted a couple in my lottie back when I began here, and it took me more than five years to eradicate it. It has these long, thick white roots that can grow long distances underground. My garden neighbours were not amused. chuckle.
I am not telling you to not grow the plant, bust keep an eye on it.

Okey-dokey, no Chinese Lantern for me!! I am still trying to eradicate the chameleon plant a friend gave me 10 years ago.
