8:04AM 2-28-07 Last day of Febuary.
    27, feelsd Like 27F, humidity 81%, Wind ENE @1.

Temp has dropped a couple degrees in the last hour. It has melted a lot of ice during the night.
Forecast is calling for near 50F temps tomorrow but wicked storms from rain to snow. That forecast means March will arrive like a lion.
:) thank you for the nice comments about the pictures.
Last year I sized and uploaded 694 pictures of our gardens. There were 263 pictures of wildlife, doggies and cats I up loaded. A whopping 1,282 pictures of our bees, harvesting honey, doing removals and melted wax for shipment to buyers.

:D :D That was just image station and last year. Photo bucket only allow so many then you had to delete them to add more or PAY.

WOW March is coming in like a lion for sure.
    29F, feels like 18F,humidity 78%, wind E @ 16MPH.

It is sleeting and windy out there. Many schools have a 2 hr delay hopeing the roads will or can be made better.

With the digital camera it isn't any such a big thing to take lots of pictures. Kare and I have been knowen to go to the gardens and take 80 some pictures up load them and not fine but one or two we like well enough to keep. I have also slowed down on the amount of pictures I take of the woods and field during/after a snow fall or heavy frost.
The gardens change every day, more flowers blooming, lighting changes things like that.

I just got to work and the temp was 30 when I came into town. No sleet here yet. I hope it passes us by but don't think it will.

 Think the weather today is going to be like an over full cement mixer. Some sleet, rain and snow and probably a mix will slosh out as the drum turns.
:D But it is March so T shirt weather is just days away again.
:) I love winter and all the things that can be done only then except :scheming: ice fish. But I have been wanting this winter to end since last September it seems. I think it was all the rain and mud to start off with.

Oh, I know that plant...Penstemon! Al, what is that blue flower on the left side of the previous photo? The color really jumps out at you. Could it be Larkspur?

I know what you mean...I've been waiting for spring since September too!

Netty that is a Butterfly Delphinium, a short lived perennial. We lost it after only 3 years and didin't have seeds cause Kare dead heads every thing. Bought another plant , every other year we got a few seeds but hated to keep watching it so close. Now when it dies I get seeds from a friend in Canada. :D I call her my red headed heathen step child. I get a nearly daily e mail from her and maybe once a moth from my own daughter.

Nice mix so far today. Sleet at 8:00 snow at 9:00 rain sleet mix at 10:00 and now back to snow.

Well it didn't passus by as I had hoped. Started about 9:30 with wet snow - about 3 inches on the ground. About 11:30 changed to sleet/freezing rain and very windy. Thats when I headed home with a pile of work. I can work at home and not have to worry about the weather all afternoon.

    31F,feels like 21F, humidity 74%, Wind SSW @ 14MPH.

Well yesterday was wild and wooly weather for Michigan. BUT was much better than areas to our south. I need to call a friend in North Georgia today and see how things are there.
We are going to have a windy day and the derection is going to change and cool us down. The creek is like open this morning Or at lease the dark water has gotten above the ice. I'll see when I run my kids.

I've been melting wax to sell and ship.

    27F, feels like 15F, humidity 70%, wind SW @ 15MPH.

Yesterday we had snow showers all day with high winds. Caused a lot of slick places o the roads and some deep drifts in some areas. Today is forecast to be more of the same.
