I have alot of onions sprouting. I just planted them on monday so that's 5 days. I'm so excited. I just check on them about a hour ago and nothing. Just happened to look again and have several poked through!

Now that they've started to germinate would you remove the heat mat?

I've been pretty disappointed in the germination rate. Although some are still germinating but well less than 40% have germinated. I'm thinking I did something wrong. I'm thinking I might of planted to deep Resizer_15487706502491.jpg Resizer_15487706502490.jpg

My seeds are 1/4" from the top.

The soil on your top pic looks a little dry. I've been spraying mine with water every other day or so.

cover the pans so the soil doesn't get a crust inhibiting the seeds from breaking through. it looks crusty anyway. even just use a sheet of wax paper or saran wrap.

Any hope for these? They got tall and leggy? To little to transplant to like a solo cup? Resizer_15489742313732.jpg Resizer_15489742313731.jpg Resizer_15489742313730.jpg Resizer_15489742313732.jpg Resizer_15489742313731.jpg Resizer_15489742313730.jpg
