Wow!! It is really hardwork! Then I am glad it does not snow here ...... guess I'll travel a bit to play in the snow which would be more fun :-D
No snow here. But I hear it raining-pray it doesn't freeze. had no lights before in Oct for a week. But shovel, ice melt,Roof rake great when it gets REAL high on roofs. Gas in generator and snow blower. All ready.
I do a snow dance every fall, trying to get that white stuff to come here rather than rain. Just consolidated a lot of our pictures last weekend, as making a slideshow of my youngest, as well as a "ad" in his school album that the seniors parents do. Here is one of my favorites, when he was just 2. Top of the mountain. ( photo / image / picture from Karrma's Garden )
WOW oh WOW!!! 31.4" of snow was the record for this storm, that I have seen so far. I really feel for all these people without electricity and some have still not recovered from Irene. :'( I sure hope all you garden stewbies are doing ok.
The snow storms that hit the east of the US made our news too. I do feel sorry for those affected by power cuts and the like. We've had a couple of frost nights but no snow yet. I hope it's delayed until December 22d or something.
