    I always get some Purple Fountain Grass for my annual containers. Then I put it in a container that is too high for my cat to reach, because she always chews on it! :D

    Speaking of grass, I saw a fountain grass (I guess that's what you call it...the imagery works!) at my local grocery store. But what was interesting about it was that it was sort of striped! It was tall (2 - 3 feet maybe?) and it had bands of white alternating with bands of green. I've never seen anything like it, and if I'd had more time I would have read the label and gotten some more info.

    As I was driving away, I was thinking furiously of where I might be able to plant it, even while I had NO idea whether it was an annual or perennial, light or shade, all that stuff! :D
