Good morning! Not a good morning! It snowed again. It's much heavier this morning but I have the day off so we don't have to drive in it. It's still cloudy and colder today so it may not melt as fast. Chance loves running around in the snow and thinks I should go with her. Yuck!!!!! DR can go out and play with her. Coffeecake in the oven, tea in the pot. I'm set for the day. Dooley

    G'day group, :-D happy Sunday.
It's an overcast day with just the occasional peek of sun, but I'm not complaining,
the temperatures stayed just above the freezing mark last night,
so the spring blossoms are still hanging in there. :D

Good morning all from a happy gnome. But why am I happy? Well woke up to a blanket of snow outside that's why! :D It has been too long. I hope it sticks around for at least 2-3 days so I can feed my snow starvation (better be careful what I wish for )

The cold snap seems to have finally arrived so I feel sorry for all our little plant friends who have bloomed early :(

    Current temps: -1 deg C / 30 deg F
    Current listening to: Falling snow

    Have a magnificent Monday!

A not so good morning from the mountains. Dooley was sick all night from some variety of stomach flu. Am trying to get some fluids to her and keeping check on blood glucose. Currently I moved her recliner to the dining room by the wood stove, where she is keeping warm and trying to sleep.

Good Morning all. I am slipping into a no sunshine depression. I have to have sun or I go nuts. Oh well, I am off today and cooking a gumbo, might try to start a few seeds or at least go through them and decide what to start. When they germinate I can put them in our makeshift greenhouse and bring them in at night if we have another freeze.

Good Morning/afternoon everyone ...A cloudy morning here and 43 degrees. Yesterday was a nasty cold rainy day. Don't think we are suppose to have rain again today. Hope you all had a good weekend and have a good Monday. Getting ready to go to the local food bank to purchase some food for our church pantry. Have a great day.

Morning all. Mid-30's, windy and partly cloudy this morning.
Should be this way until Thursday when it will be sunny and mid 50's....then don't call me cause I will be in the back yard playing in the dirt.

Good Monday morning all! It's a beautiful sunny day here in southern Ontario sitting at -7 deg C. I've been busy this morning cleaning and doing laundry. I've declared an official war against rabbits! I had a nice dwarf burning bush by my entrance and the rabbit(s?) have had a nice little feast on it overnight. The dog and I followed the tracks in the snow all over the yard and didn't find any, but I think I know where the little bugger is hiding. We caught a glimpse of it yesterday...a nice young cottontail. My husband just laughs and calls me Elmer Fudd! I'll show HIM!
    Have a great day all.

Maybe you could put some rabbit food out away from your garden and he would eat that and leave your goodies alone?
