Hello everyone! Quite miserable here this morning. Rain and wet snow and very blustery. Didn't go to church this morning as I did not want to chance the roads with the first storm of the season. Curled up with some embroidery. Will be a relaxing day.

Happy Sunday morning. Warmer this morning, already in the 60s. Off to the blessing of the graves and then to meet a buddy at a craft fair/market near her home. Then home to finish up the winterhouse. Need a few more zip ties and rope. Forgot that I gave my stash away. Hopefully there'll be enough daylight left

Good Monday morning all. Currently 5°C and overcast. Just heard on the morning weather report that Chrisle's area got "substantial snow fall" over the weekend. Hope you didn't get too much Chrisle! I have a lot of things to finish up today, including planting bulbs. Have a great day all :)

Happy Monday morning and back to work. I like having some daylight in the morning, but I think I'd rather have it in the evening so it's not dark when I get home. Sigh.... what can you do?
Today is going to be nice with temps from mid 50s to low 80s. I think there's a good chance of rain coming up in a couple of days. Until then.... water the containers.

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 10°C and overcast. Rain in the forecast for later. I've been eating too much junk food since Halloween and so I am starting to feel junky. I guess it is true, you are what you eat! Starting fall house cleanout today, as soon as I find some ambition. Have a great day all :)

Happy Tuesday morning. Voted first this morning. Only 30 minutes late to work. Temps from lower 60s to mid 80s today. There's a small chance of rain today, but tomorrow is supposed to be a total wash out. Yippee! Haven't had rain in a while and all my rain barrels are dry.

Good morning all. Waiting for the rain to arrive here too, so far just a few sprinkles. I have been led to believe that we might get 1.5 inches or more but I am not holding my breath for that. Looking at the radar though, it is all northwest of us and heading northeast of us. Doesn't look promising.

We took advantage of early voting several days ago to miss the crowds of voters and the pushy supporters who are always there sticking pamphlets in your face.

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently 5°C and overcast. And still wet and windy! I am already getting a little 'shack wacky' as the weather has kept me inside. All I seem to do in here is EAT and I already feel like I am gaining weight. I really need to come up with some kind of indoor exercise routine! Have a good day everyone :)

Happy Wednesday morning. I guess the big rain event has stalled out. Was supposed to be here this morning, but now they say this evening and tomorrow morning. Oh well... as long as it gets here!

Cheryl I lassoed that 'rain event', tied it to a hitchin' post and am thoroughly enjoying the continued rain. Not really all that much has fallen so far, almost an inch in the last 24 hours and in the grand scheme of things that is literally just a drop in the bucket compared to what we need, but there is still a steady drizzle so maybe we will have a little more today.

Think I will do more reading today, it takes my mind off Friday's yearly invasive procedure

It's rained here since 6 pm on Tuesday. We have about 3 inches last I checked the rain gauge. It's turned cool too so I think it might be fall after all. It was only 50 degrees today but going back to upper 60's and lower 70's the next few days. More rain next week though. Guess I'll do some more fall cleaning here in the house.

The rain ended around here early this afternoon and as usual we got relatively little....not quite an inch..pretty much the least in the area.

Good Thursday morning all. Currently 4°C and drizzling. At least the wind is finally gone. Off to do my errands and shopping this morning. Maybe start some Christmas shopping? Have a great day all :)
