Good Sunday morning all. Currently sitting at -11 deg C. And guess what? The snow has finally stopped!! Forecast calls for sun and a high of -6 today. I can live with that! I think we will try to get out and have some fun in the snow today. The kids look forward to riding the snowmobiles.
    Have a great day all!

Good Morning all. A brisk 21 here. We were going to take a hike this morning but I am going to let the hubby sleep in. He salvaged sheets of tin off an old building yesterday and then we went out duck watching. We saw wonderful Canvasbacks for the first time since we left Norfolk, Va. over 20 years ago. It was like seeing an old and dear friend. It has us all in a tizz to go suss out some more ducks. Happy Sunday to all. 8)

Good morning all. Bright and chilly here. We were promised rain, but none so far. The Carnival parade goers need sweaters and jackets. New Orleans will be total chaos until Tuesday the 20th when everything explodes with a million drunks in the Quarter. I wonder how many drunks there will be this year with so few people returning to the area.

Morning all, almost not even nippy here this morning but still overcast. Every day this week the rain has been changed to a later day and now it has been moved to east of us so what was originally set to be a 4 day rain event and looked for with great joy has turned out to be a one day rain about an hour east of us.
Oh, well, at least the wintery mix is still on for Wednesday :-D

Hello all, it's a bright and chilly 48°F,
comfortable if you can stay out of the light breeze from the north.

I don't think it's morning any more so I'll say, Good Afternoon. We got up and went to breakfast and stopped at the flea market. I didn't buy anything but dr bought a face jug. It's cloudy and cool and spitting rain. Hope it doesn't turn to snow. Dooley

Good morning greetings to one and all on a dull Malmö day. Well just the lightest fall of snow yesterday, nothing of any significance. It's just not cold enough for it.

So great to see EJ's seedling photos yesterday. In case you missed them they are here http://www.gardenstew.com/about4451.html

Good Monday morning or is that an oxymoron? We had our first crocus yesterday also. One bright yellow bloom. A shock the rabbits haven't gotten it yet. Saturday there was a dead rabbit on the outskirts of our front yard. A red-tailed hawk and seven vultures were having a great time. 8)

Good Monday morning all. Currently -10 deg C here and sunny. I thought we had gotten lots of snow, but the weatherman says we have a winter storm warning for later today and tomorrow. When will it end?
    Have a great day all.

Good morning all. Very strange out there this AM. Everything is soaking wet from the over night rain except for the heavy frost on some surfaces. Sun is out anyway.
