The Good Day All Thread

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 15°C and foggy.
Yesterdays expected rain didn't pan out (again) and so I worked a full day and I will be watering today.
I've lost track of how many times that Weatherman called for rain and it didn't arrive!!

Well we've had another lovely down pour here today...another load of mess to get up tomorrow it just never ends

Same here Netty. I was making jam last night and it was 745 and completely dark already. the only good thing getting dark earlier does for me is forces me in out of the garden.

 

As dawn comes later, the hens and I get to sleep in a bit! We've had rain every day (but not all day) since last Thursday, so I haven't been doing much but a bit of weeding between showers. At least it's cooler, even though the humidity is unbelievable.

 

Here's been sunny all day 61F but when the evening comes the temps are dropping

It was a dull start here but the suns now showing...i shall being doing things in the home and hope to get outside, as the weather is supposed to be rough tomorrow.

Good Friday morning all. Currently 18°C and cloudy. Another great day ahead, only this time I have the day off!
I'm off to the arena to decorate the skating club bulletin boards before the fall fair begins, and clean the coaches office.

Well I got out side...washed the back slabs off, filled bird baths up besides cleaning them and removed any slight weeds forcing through the lining of the gravel and trimmed plants that needed doing...just the front to do tomorrow hopefully the weather will be ok

 

Good Saturday morning all. Currently 18°C and overcast.
Today we are heading over to my daughter and son in laws to babysit for the first time! Baby is now almost 8 months old and this is the first time they have left him.
I have a feeling they won't be gone too long haha

It rained last night in to early this morning...now the suns blasting and the temp 61F tops 70F

Doing some house work at the moment and then get new sand for my Lizards tank.

Good Monday morning all. Currently 19°C and sunny. It's going to be a scorcher again today!
As nice as this extended summer is, we are getting back into drought conditions here.
I have the day off today! I'm taking the dog to the vet and getting some work done on my car. That will be 2 important things off my list.
