Congratulations Toni, on your glorious RAIN and cool temperatures! Now you can go outside and play in your gardens again!
Good Sunday morning all. Currently 7°C and sunny. It sure is a nice change to have such cool temperatures!
Lots to do today ... bread and butter pickles, salsa, and tomato sauce to make and can up. My pantry shelf is slowing filling up with all my garden produce and it feels great!
Weatherman predicts a nasty winter for us here, and I'll be ready.
Have a great day all :)

GOOD morning all. Temp is in the mid-60s this morning and I am dressed ready to head out into the garden to get something done,.....anything will be nice. Still very soggy out, no sun in a few days so the ground has not had a reason to dry out.

Good Monday morning all. Currently just 7°C and clear. We had a beautiful full moon and it is dark, but very bright out for my 5am dog walk.
Off to work, where we are slowly starting fall clean up. Today we are retiring some of the summer planters and clearing out some of the veggie garden. Hard to believe that the season is almost over! Have a great day all :)

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 14°C and overcast with winds.
Weatherman said that today would be an all day rain starting last night, so I was hoping for a 'rain day' off work.
Woke up regular time to find that it hasn't rained yet and the chances are getting slim for morning rain. Good thing I made myself a lunch because it's off to work I go!
Skating later and then a skate/dress apparel sale at another arena. Work or not, its still going to be a busy day!
Have a great day all :)

Good afternoon all. I did finish putting the plants I recently bought in the ground
, the black clay that passes for soil here is moist enough to dig easily. The real temp was great but then you factor in the humidity and it became too hot quickly.

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently 12°C and overcast. No rain yesterday, and looking sad for rain today either.
I don't remember weathermen being so WRONG all the time!
Off to work where we are transplanting.
Have a great day all :)

Good afternoon all. More rain yesterday, just 1/2 inch but when it is all added together we have had 12 and 3/4ths inches, most of that was last Saturday when we got a little over 9 inches. More wonderfully cool temps the next 10 days, I think the heat has finally been pushed somewhere else. Now may Autumn can make an appearance.
I just realized that October is only 4 1/2 days away, I have to get the Halloween decorations out of the closet and decorate pretty much every where in the house. :D
