The Good Day All Thread

Overcast and muggy this morning, but I have to fertilize the tomatoes and peppers. I'll probably water them a bit with my perspiration!
Logan, your son needn't be nervous. San Francisco is a lovely city, filled with scenery, good restaurants, and good people who realize how much of the city's economy relies on tourism. Since he and his friends are meeting up with a friend who lives there, they have a built-in guide!

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently just 4°C and overcast. I hope this is the last cold night ... I want to get my garden planted!!
Off to work until the rain starts, should be around lunch time.

tell him to stay away from the night life. that is the safest thing to do in any city anywhere. no bars no alcohol no questionable activities. stay safe. I hope he has an enjoyable experience.

Good Wednesday morning all. Rained yesterday afternoon and it was needed.
Looks like it's going to rain again now.
Was up at 1am Barley had the diarrhoea and we couldn't get downstairs fast enough and he did it on one of the rugs, it's easy to clean so no worries there. Ordered some probiotic for dogs so that will help.

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently 9°C and overcast.
We had more rain yesterday, and it was so cold all day. I was thankful I hadn't planted my tomatoes out yet!
Looks like we are finally on a warming trend today, so hopefully I can get stuff planted.

Good Saturday morning all. Currently 14°C and sunny. FINALLY a nice weekend! I'm going to try to get the veggie garden in today, and maybe some of the annuals in the back gardens. Babysitting tonight, so we are excited about that...haven't seen grandson since easter dinner!

Good Saturday evening all, been raining up until 2pm.
Yesterday got soaked twice when walking the boys. Found that the tumble dryer isn't working properly, won't heat up. It's 20 years old so going to buy another.

Today went to see my friend Keith, he has MS and he told me that for the first time today he's lost the use of his right leg. He said that it was his MS but i told him that he should get it checked anyway. Sometimes he has relapses and he recovers in a few days.

Good Sunday morning all. Currently 20°C and clear.
Had a lot of fun babysitting, home late and now up early. I want to get the back flower gardens planted today, before the rain tomorrow. I am so far behind because of the horrible weather we have been having, so I want to get things in before the next rain. I managed to get 2 rows of tomatoes in yesterday, as well as the peppers, beans, onions, and kale. Planted okra for the first time and they are in large pots. Hope they grow! Also 2 tomatillo plants ... have never tried them either.
Also need to pick some rhubarb. Wow, it's going to be a busy day!

Good Monday morning all. Currently 18°C and overcast. Rain is in the forecast again today.
Off to work, hopefully I can get the rest of the veggie garden planted today. We'll see how much I can get done before the rain starts.

Good Monday evening all, it's raining heavily now.
Planted up 3 tubs on the driveway under the kitchen window.

Off to work ... hopefully I can get more done than yesterday! I'm sure the ground is saturated again, but I'm going to try to get more veggies planted.

Keep getting wet when taking the boys out.
Found some broken off twigs from a oak and alder tree, going to try and make them root.
