Good Monday evening all. Currently 9°C and overcast. Rain is in the forecast tonight.
I had a busy day at work, and my fitbit says I took 31,604 steps today. That is a lot of steps!
Now, I need to go lay down haha

I am so indulged! When I came home from the grocery store this morning, I heard bagpipe music on our stereo! At first I thought the classical music station was doing a tribute, but no, it was our CD. My dear and thoughtful husband had ordered two CDs of Scots music. I have listened to the first, and heard so many songs that are new to me.
I'll listen to the second CD this afternoon and enjoy it thoroughly.

 

Anyone that likes Scots anything can’t be all bad...right Eileen?

Worked hard today, and have tomorrow off due to the predicted rain. Hoping I can get out between showers and get some yard work done.

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 8°C and raining. Thankfully it didn't start raining until after my dog walk.
Lots to do inside today, starting with laundry. If it stops raining I will go work outside.
Never a lack of things to do around here!

A nice Friday afternoon all, April showers today with light winds from the north temp 8c
Not doing much in the garden it's a bit cold.

 

Logan, we aren't doing much in the garden either, but not because of cold, but wet! We had 1 1/2 inches of rain last night, on top of the 1/2 inch yesterday. It has rained off and on for the past three days. I am not complaining, but I would like to pick some lettuces and see how the vegetable plants are doing.
Since I can't be outside, I'm cleaning house. It is amazing! You clean house and four years later it needs it again .

 

That's great but I don't do mine even that often, I just do a bit vaccuming and the odd dusting, life's too short.

 

Good Friday afternoon all! It's just 2°C and extremely windy.
I'm home from work and have walked the dog now I'm relaxing at the computer. Nice change to sit down after work!
Dont think I'm going to do much else today except make dinner.

Not doing much in the garden today, got to colour my hair this afternoon.

Having a cup of tea, then its off to visit Dad before getting started in the yard today.
The weather is finally nice and there is grass to cut, soil to move, and gardens to work on.
It's going to be another busy day!

Happy Saturday! Have I ever mentioned how nicely my days start when I get on the Stew and see an "alert" and it's a "like"? How very heart-warming.
Today is dry enough to get into the gardens and weed and pick lettuce. The recent rains certainly gave us bumper crops of weeds, and the seedlings are growing well, too. I'm sure I'll have four-pawed help when I'm out.
