Good Morning/afternoon everyone -- Chilly here this morning 36 degrees and sunny. Only going in the 50's today. We're suppose to dip to freezing the next couple nights. It may be Blackberry Winter Bethie -- I never remember. I was thinking Blackberry but heard someone on the radio say Dogwood - oh well! Anyway it's cold again. Have a great day.

    Happy Thursday everyone. :D

Looks like our weather is nearly identical this morning Bailey :)
    it's 54°F/12°C and clear now,
but . . . I only wish I could hope for your afternoon high temp,
we may not make it out of the 50's this afternoon,
a huge change from yesterday when it went up to 80.

"Blackberry winter" is the term I'm familiar with,
but I like "Dogwood winter", it has a nice ring to it.

Morning all, 45 this morning going into the low 60's I think. More rain starting up sometime around midnight tonight.
Every few years the temperature drops down to freezing one night of easter weekend and this year appears to be one of them. Not a longterm freeze just hitting the 32 degree mark just before sunrise on Sunday morning. Guess I will be bringing a lot of little plants into the back room Saturday night.

Good morning all - I not usually around in the morning but am home sick again today with a cold/sinus. In the low 30's with snow on the ground and more coming down. I guess if I have to be sixk this is a good day for it - I wouldn't want to be outside anyway.

Good morning! The thermometer said 70 so I opened the door. It is a little overcast but no rain in sight. It will be a bit cooler next week. Hope it doesn't decide to rain when Andy and family is here. Did enough yesterday, will not do much today. Dooley

Thankfully it doesn't affect my family's immediate area but all the city is affected and it's a bit of a messy situation for tourism etc... :(

Good Friday morning all. Currently sitting at -10°C and snowing. It's starting to stick and the ground is all white. Weatherman says it will snow until Tuesday.
Today is the party for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We found a nice picture frame with "Golden Anniversary" on it and had a family portrait done.
    Have a great day all.

Good morning from the north woods. 10 ° just now, light snow falling. May get up to 27° today, A couple of the lakes in the area lost their ice last week, they have since refrozen. Frank, several years ago, while we were living in the area, Milwaukee had a cryptosperidium (Spelling???) problem. it was a nasty experience. It took months to clean up. Tom

Yes it seems like it will be months before the problem is solved. A few years back money was set aside to prevent this type of problem from occurring but it still did  People can't even take showers with their mouths open.

I guess it is a little late for good morning so good afternoon all. I will not complain again today about the weather. If I repeat that often enough, maybe I will stick to it.

Good morning all at GardenStew, another weekend is upon us. Having a get together of friends for a mini-dinner today so looking forward to that. Sun is shining and I'm sure the thermometer is lying because it feels much warmer than indicated.
