Good morning! It's nice out. Sun is shining. No rain last night. Waiting for Wannabe to come. I made blueberry coffeecake. I can smell it cooking. I have 27 glads out of 40 up now. I'm hoping the others will make it, too. Dooley

    mornin ya'll

Beautiful day in the neighborhood going to 78 today sunny as always, got all the windows and front door open, yesterday afternoon worked in the yard, planted 3 rose bushes, and one azalea and moved one penta, the roses are in full bloom and look healthy and great, hope they stay that way? first time in 26 yrs. I'm trying roses in S.Fla., bought rose food right away as I know they are heavy feeders especially here, I would imagine everything has to try to survive in sandy soil, but of course we put in lot's of good soil with fertilizer in it. The one rose is a tea rose for in a large pot, and I lucked out got 2 fer 1 as it has 2 different plants in one pot a dark pink and a light pink..

Morning all, mid-50's today, still overcast but should be clearing out this afternoon. Last night just a few miles west of us got a repeat of last Friday nights bad storms and south of us was included too. But we got just a few minutes of heavy rain and a couple of thunder rumbles. Ended up with 3/4 of an inch in the rain gauge.

Good morning! Sunny here but very windy. I think I'll just stay in today. I have to finish my quilting projects now. It's time. I've been having fun the last week and not working on it. Had a good time with Wannabe and Maxine yesterday and worked last night. Dooley

Well, its a bit past morning, but not late enough for the evening thread. Maybe we ought to have an afternoon thread too? :D

Anyhoo, its looking kinda cloudy out, so I think I should plant my roses now before it decides to rain and the roses have to wait another 3 days for the ground to dry (we have clay soil and dogs, so we're left with wet soil and mud puddles. Wouldnt be so bad if the grass wasnt nearly gone in places)

Good Morning all. Finally got my mosaics finished thanks to the local channels carrying a murder trial live. I really wanted to watch it and it couldn't have worked out better for me. :)

Good morning from the North Woods. Mostly cloudy and 38º this morning. I really need to hunt to find the remaining snow, the plowed piles don't count, and the ice on the lake is fast departing. We have an over the water boat house that is very old, and it is taking a beating from the heaving ice, I hope that it survives, and we can make repairs this summer.

Good morning! It's sunny this morning and not so windy. Lots of branches down all over town from the gusty winds yesterday. I think it blowed me to work. I hope it isn't so windy today. I need to do some things outside. Dooley

Mornin all. Id been hoping to stay in bed till at least 9, but my sister dragged me out of bed at 8 to watch her kids >_< Why cant she ever just suck it up and put all the kids in her big fat car to take two of em to school? I mean, what good is an SUV if you cant -use- it!? *sigh* I gotta learn to quit going to bed late  I wanted to stay in bed cause I gotta be at work at 10 (I was supposed to have the day off [actually the whole week], but they called yesterday and asked if I could go in for a few hours).

Wake up everyone. Saturday morning on a beautiful spring day here. Shoved hubby out the door with some sandwiches and a friend so I will let the day unfold as it may. 8)
