Good Morning from the big city. Cloudy, rain and 40º. All in all not very nice. Mimi is still in the hospital, I don't know why. Without getting into the details, it was a relatively routine GI procedure, she has had several times before, and it occurred without complications, and shouldn't require any hospitalization. It's concerning. Need to make progress on the task at hand, getting house prepared to sell.

Morning all, sunny and soggy outside today. Too soggy for yard work so I think I will make soap.

DFW Internation airport had to cancel 200 flights yesterday because of the storms, they have to play catch up after the storms. Lisa and some other teachers are taking a group of students to Washington DC this morning, hope they aren't still sitting at the airport waiting for a flight.

Good aftermorning to all at GardenStew and a very fine aftermorning it is too. I wish I could bottle this weather up and keep it for a dreary winter's day. Bet that would make a profitable business :D

Sounds like our weather is very similar this morning, Frank. [IMG]
It's 68°F/20°C and clear, expecting a high of about 75°F/24°C this afternoon, which is great,
but the clouds will be rolling in later on.

That storm system that's been rolling across the U.S. is headed this way.
We need the rain, but I sure hope it's more gentle than when it visited Kat and Toni. :-?

    Wishing everyone a lovely day.

Good morning from the Big City, Mimi's home, and that alone makes it good. Cloudy and rain, must be the northern end of the same storm that Sharon just weathered. No high winds or lightening here, just cold and rain. Waiting on the dumpster to get here, and then we get busy.

Good morning! Nothing too exciting about the weather here. It's sunny and will be in the 80's here today. I've more to do outside. It takes twice or three times as long to get things done now. This no kneeling is for the birds. dr says the oriole is complaining because the feeder is empty. Poor bird, there's another one next door. Dooley

Good morning all. Gardenstew hope your day took a quick turn to good. I'm just in for a minute. First trip to the nursery yesterday and have a million things to plant this morning. Like a relapsed addict after his first fix I need more-plants that is. She had cestrum nocturnum. She originally got this from me so I can have a few nice young ones now. If you come across this plant BUY IT. When you smell cestrum on a hot summer's night The Meaning of Life Will Become clear. Back later so have a good one. 8)

Good Morning/afternoon everyone -- 54 and partly cloudy this morning. Didn't get much rain yesterday. Off and on showers and only 1/2 inch rain --better than none I guess. Friday already. Hope you all have a great day and weekend.
