    Good morning! It was in 90's yesterday and more of same today. My plants looked a little droopy last night when I was watering but look fine this morning. Off to work and then to Dan's for a "Mother's Day" dinner tonight. dr is off to the flea market. Hope he doesn't wilt in the heat. Dooley

    Good Morning from the city. Another bright sunny morning but a cool 50º. The wind is down from yesterday, high to day predicted to be near 60º. A good day to cut the grass. I planted 4 rose bushes yesterday for Jo Ann who is still not able to get around because of her knee.

    Happy Sat. ya'll where it is now 79* sunny and hazy from Ga. smoke..it will go to 88* today, watered plants yesterday so will stay in AC today, which is reccomended due to smoke and ash...

    Morning all. Very pleasant morning so far, breezy and coolish.
    I fought the battle of the weeds yesterday and even tho I was victorious in most areas I have paid the price with an achy knee and some ant bites on my wrist that are not too pleasant.
    I don't think I will be doing much today, there is something in the air that has my sinuses acting up too.

    Good aftermorning all at GardenStew. Pleasant day here in Malmö. Remember the Eurovision Song Contest that I mentioned yesterday? Well.. Ireland came last :( and Sweden were only a few places better. Oh well there is always next year.

    Good morning all.
    Yep, Netty, the U.S. celebrates Mother's Day today also.
    Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's on our list whether you celebrate today or not.
    Wish I could be spending some time outside today but
    we are leaving in about an hour, heading out to west Texas to spend the day with my Mom. Tomorrow we go a little south of us to spend the day with Randy's Mom.
    Looks like Tuesday before I can get out there and buy then the battle of the weeds will really be something to behold.

    Mornin...81* at 11AM going to be another:[​IMG] sweltering day..however rain is in the forecast 50% today 60% tomorrow and Wed. please hold good thoughts for us, we need to get some of these wild fires doused with heavy rain...[/img]
