Morning all. Going into the mid-90's here today. I went out back for about a half an hour to weedeat a too long neglected area and lay a few bags of mulch down where a new path is in the making. Soon realized that if I want to do any yard work for the next three or four months I had better get out there at dawn.
I am inside for the day.

Good Sunday morning all. A beautiful sunny morning here in southern Ontario. I'm spending the day in the gardens today...the rain sure gets the weeds growing! And I have several plants that need a new home, so it looks like I'm making a new garden! But first I need to catch up on all the posts I missed while my computer was down...
Have a great day all :)

Good afternoon all, it's getting too warm here. I see to wake up more tired than I go to bed because of the draining temps :) Guess the body just needs to adjust. Glad I don't live any more south .

    Current temps: 25 deg C / 77 deg F

Morning all. 79 at 8 am back into the 90's again and this is just early June.

Speaking of early June, yesterday my Lisa turned 40 and her best friend gave her a party with a housefull of young people and kids so I know they had a wonderful time. So today is a quiet family dinner for her over here.

Good morning! It's only a little past morning. We went to breakfast and stopped at WalMart. Bought a local paper, came home, read paper, cleaned kitchen, boiled eggs for potato salad for supper (to be eaten with ribs cooked on grill) and now it's rest time. Hot and windy here today, no rain predicted in near future. Dooley

Good Morning/afternoon everyone -- Goodness I can't believe I'm the first one. 66 and partly cloudy here. Afraid we are still very dry -- no rain and no rain in sight. We are in a severe drought. Hope you all have a great Monday.

    Good Morning.
A loverly soaking rain this morning. We don't have to water as much here at the stand today, Mother Nature took care of it.
82F for a high. Not too shabby.
    Have a grand day!

Good morning all from the North Woods. Woke up with the sun (4:40) this morning, and the sky was full of color. Pictures in members gallery. 72º now (8:30) going up to 86º later. Bright sun no rain is sight for several days. Good day to spend some time in the yard.

    Good morning all.
You know the heat here, already into the 90's most afternoons, wouldn't be so bad if the humidity level wasn't trying to match the temperature. This morning the temp is 82 with the humidity at 74% which brings the 'feels like' temp up to 85....and going UP.
I watered potted plants but that is all I could take out there at 9am.
Oh well, I certainly have a lot to do inside to keep me busy.

Good morning! cool and misty here, in the low 50's. Plants are responding nicely to the mild/wet of the last several days, unfortunately so are the dandelions! Seem to have acquired a stray black cat. Can't think why, we don't keep food outside. Getting things ready for DS graduating high school tomorrow eve. *sniffle*

Good morning! High is predicted for 79 today with scattered thunderstorms this afternoon. Probably when we get ready to go up the hill. Last time they scattered somewhere else so I will go water my plants this morning. Dooley
