Good morning! I can't get my fingers on the right keys this morning. Must not be awake yet. It's already getting hot. Weather page says 104 today. The weather service has issued extreme heat warnings in Phoenix as it could be bad for your health. Wow! Imagine that! I have to water the stuff in the front yard. Another day off tomorrow. It will be too hot to do much. Dooley

 

Happy longest day of the year to all! 47 and misty here, was just out in my jammies madly planting up baskets for DD's bus drivers (last day of school!) 5 wild bunnies in the yard this morning, playing chase. Downhill slide?? Life without change would be unbearable!

Good Morning from the North Woods, bright and sunny this morning. I down loaded the new tool bar from Garden Stew, and it says the temp this morning is 48º. TV said high to day will be 78º. The wind is near calm for now, hope it stays like this. A good day to be outdoors and into the dirt.

It rained last night! YAY!
As soon as my sister gets back, Im going to go visit my dad ^_^ I haven't seen him since I was in the hospital, and I hadn't seen him for a long time before that. Im taking Macy with me so she can play with my dads two dogs, Iko and Bosco. Iko is an Alaskan Husky and Bos is a long-haired dachsund

 

Good Morning/afternoon everyone -- 62 and sunny this morning. It was pleasant walking -- cooler and no humidity. Not to worry it is going to warm up to the 90's, but the humidity is lower right now. It will be hot but not as muggy. No rain --wish we could pull in a little from somewhere. Have a great Friday.

Mornin ya'll, it is hot, hot, hot and dry, dry, dry here, getting so weary of trying to keep our precious plants/flowers alive, we need rain so desperately now, lawn is brown again, a few showers all around us has not dumped the bucket over our house, this is terrible as we are almost a month into our rainy season?[/img]so off I go in 90* with hoses in hand to do my watering, ug![/img]

 

Good morning from the Northwest Prairie! 43, slightly overcast, and So Many birds singing! Had 5 wild rabbits playing in the back yard last eve, so cute! DD & I must grocery-shop today, hopefully I can liven it up with a garage sale stop. So sorry to hear about the hot/dry spots!

 

Good morning! It's going to be SUNNY and HOT again today. Forever, I think. We're off to see if we can find a yard sale or two. We can't go two weeks without one. Dooley

Taking the weekend off. My first since February. Spending some time with my H before he goes to Florida for the Summer with his Dad.

 

Good Morning all! Currently sitting at just 9°C...brrr! But the weeks strong winds have finally calmed and the sun is shining. It will be a day of cleaning house and puttering in the gardens.
