The Good Day All Thread

Good morning everyone. It's overcast in New Orleans and hot hot hot. We are back to the usual mid 90'sF.

 

Good Morning everyone...It's kind of overcast here today. Hope maybe that means we'll get some rain. I was off to Chattanooga all day yesterday and did not get back till after midnight, so I am feeling a little draggy this morning. Hope you all have a great day.

 

Good Morning from beautiful French Settlement. It is overcast and muggy, not hot yet, but I am sure it will get there.

Weatherman forcasted 86 for us again today. We do not have humidity like you folks do so it shouldn't be too bad. Easy for me to say because I work in an airconditioned office building. I'm headed out to dead-head some daylilies and clean the trash out of our flowerbeds I like being outside but people who throw trash and cigarette butts in the flowers are just rude!

Good morning from New Orleans. Busy day coming up with groceries to get, laundry to do. Oh the life of a retiree. New Orleans is back to summer hot and great gobs of rain.

 

Good Morning Everyone -- Got caught in the rain
this morning when I was walking. Thank goodness it wasn't a hard rain or lightening, but I was pretty well soaked before I could get back to the house. I hope it makes me shrink and not grow (width-wise that is, not height)...haha It's only going to be in the high 70's today --big change. Had a wonderful soaking rain yesterday. It sure was nice! Good morning! The sun is shining, just like yesterday. It rained yesterday. Rain showers are predicted for this afternoon. We've had so much rain the creek is running. It's been dry for two years. Dooley

 

Good Morning everyone. It is 6:30 am, trying to get kids up for work and school, then off to Mom's before I go to work. It is supposed to be mild this morning, haven't been out yet. We'll see.

 

Good morning all. I just let the dog out and guess what? It was not as hot this morning. Feels like the humidity is down. Tis a delight.

Hooray it has cooled off. It is now overcast and in the sixties with a promise of rain. I'm so tired of the dust.
Bob the horse made me laugh last night. He was excited about coming in for dinner and running about kicking up too much dust. I was filling waters so I squirted him full blast to try to get him further away from me with all his dust. He liked it. He stopped and faced me and tried to catch the water in his mouth. Too funny. he let me do it for quite a while.
During the rain I have seen him playing with the water that comes shooting out of the gutters on the barn! I'll have to remember to try to photogragh this.
