The Good Day All Thread

Warm, 73 and sunny today. Chance of a thunderstorm this evening. I repotted my hibiscus yesterday as it was root bound and then I caught the hose on its new container and dumped out some soil. Now I need to buy some more to fill it up. It has new blooms today so must be okay. Have a good day. Wannabe

 

69 and sunny, lawnmowers whirring across the prairie but I'm letting the wildflowers go dormant before I mow again. Watered everything so far, day's pretty open (shock!)

 

Good Sunday morning all. Currently sitting at just 13°C, windy, overcast and damp. Looks like your Malmo weather is over here now Frank!
We had planned to go to Mom's cottage for the day to celebrate my daughters 4th birthday but with the weather being so miserable I'm not too sure that we will go. I hope the weather perks up before noon.
I got 16 Emerald Cedars and a Honeysuckle Vine planted yesterday in the rain. I also replaced a Boxwood that got run over by a snowmobile last winter. I still have to get my Roses planted and a few other things that are sitting around in pots.

Gonna be a warm one today. 66F and humid
I will be in air conditioning all day tho. We are going thru the process of adding computerized registers and an inventory system at work. The big honcho computer dude is coming today to start us on our way to going 'live' with it. I can't belive how much inventory I have to put in! Yikes!

 

Well we got a new digital alarm clock so when we went to bed we didn't know how it would sound. It went off with a shriek at five am. The bird fell off it's perch, the dogs started barking. Happy Monday.

Good morning, very happy to report we are having a rainstorm, complete with thunder. It started about 4 am (guess that's the upside to insomnia, lol!) and my garden looks Sooooo happy for it! Been way too long without a good soak!
