I woke up at 5:30am this morning, and I got to see wild ponies being rounded up and run down a beach, adn I got to touch one and feed it (it was a young one, not very afraid of people). WOO!

A very good afternoon all. Wet and dull here today. Yesterday was a different story altogether, nice and sunny.

Meanwhile my folks in Ireland are into their 59th straight day of rain. Safe to "a wet summer" then

    Have a tip-top Tuesday.

Morning all, should be sorta comfy outside today...only low 90's lately but the temps are creeping back up.

Good Morning all - 73 and partly cloudy here. Walked earlier and it wasn't too bad. The contractor is finally starting work on the termite damage in my family room. Not looking too good with what they've tore out already. Time will tell. So I'm stuck here for a while I guess.

Good Morning. Sunny and mid 70's today. My joints ache so the humidity must be high. Have a good day. Wannabe

Good morning! 58 and a light overcast. My back is still out so I cant mow, and the dandelions are running rampant, grrrr. Watching: Design on a Dime (apparently these people define dime differently differently than I do!) and working on my castle sketch for Mom's birthday

Good morning! Cloudy and humid today. Had a huge thunderstorm yesterday with lots of thunder and lightening but the rain went north of us. We only had a few sprinkles. Building up for more today. We went to breakfast and then went over to the school to pick up wooden pallets. The janitor saves them for us to use for firewood in winter. dr cuts them and splits them for kindling wood. There were 21 of them today. Last year we got a big pile of them, too. They don't charge us for them, they just put them out for trash only the trash collector doesn't take them. Last year we stopped and ask what they did with them and he gave them to us. This year we stopped and a different janitor said they were saving them for someone who picks them up for firewood. The first janitor came over and said they were saved for us. That was nice of him. They were heavy so we ended up sweaty and worn down a bit. dooley

Morning all, not as warm this year as normal and certainly not as hot as last year, I still have some repotting to do so I am very glad it isn't.

Good Morning everyone - 73 and sunny this morning. Going to be in the 90's today. Another day with workers at my house. Think I'll have them for a while. I hate not being able to leave. Have a good Wednesday.

Morning all, had a small hiatus, but now I'm back.
Been terribly warm in in Minnesota, temps in the 95° range for two weeks.
My old tiller laid down on me...blasted thing, How dare it need a new engine, heck it's only 41 years old! :setc_040:
