Good afternoon all, warmer here today mmmm :)

I don't know whether you heard but the most famous film director to come from Sweden, Ingmar Bergman, passed away 2 days ago. They have been showing some of his movies on TV and I saw one last night that I HIGHLY recommend. In English it's called The Seventh Seal, I'm don't know if your local video store would have it but Amazon/Netflix definitely will.

Good Morning everyone - 70 and sunny right now. Will be in the high 90's again and still very muggy.
Still have my working crew with me, but things are progressing and I'm pretty well framed back in and one window in. Here we are in August already. Have a great day.

Good Morning from the City. 74° at 8:00 AM going up to 90s later, Dew points have been in the 50s, but going up to 70s today. It's August 1st, and it seems only a short time ago, there was 2 feet of snow on the ground. Another sign of the passing summer, the Packers are in training camp, and there is a preseason game coming up. I love football, but this seems way too soon.

Good morning! A widespread storm passed over yesterday. It came after we went to work so Chance had to be here alone. She probably barked at it. We had a lot of rain and wind and thunder and lightning. It didn't rain so much up the hill. A man came into the library and said it was worse down toward Phoenix and he came up the freeway at 20 miles per hour and saw a lot of cars in the ditch, some upside down. Yikes! dooley

Good Morning everyone -- another hot muggy day. It was very muggy when I walked earlier and it's going to be another hot one. Hopefully my workers will be done tomorrow...maybe. I have felt sorry for them working in this hot humid weather. Hope you all have a great day.

Good day to everyone. It is 83 and sunny, also humid. High today in the mid 90's. A "chance" of rain Saturday. Today my DIL and I are going to the riverboat and lose a little of our money. Mostly just an outing together. Have a good day. Wannabe

Good morning from the city, it's 72° here at 8:30 going up to low 90s again. It was supposed to rain yesterday, but the 43 drops that fell somehow don't count. I'm driving back home to the lake today for a couple days, to get mail and tend to a few things, then back to the city. I need the north woods FIX, so does Mimi, but alas, she will be staying here, Just Deputy and I are going up. Have a good day, and if you can, send a little rain this way.

Morning all. When the morning temp starts in the 80's you know that it will not be a day for yard work for me at least. We have a good chance of getting some triple digit temps for the rest of August starting next week.

Good News last night. Lisa and Kenny have a contract on their house. We are all so relieved, this time last month things didn't look this hopeful.

a very nice 59 and light overcast here. The powers that be report that we might be in for another major rain week as an effect of things over in Japan- kinda a drag for folks camping but I love that the fire danger is so low especially reading the daily reports from 'Bama and Arizona & such!

A very good afternoon all, hot and humid here in Malmö. Some newspapers carry headlines like "The Summer is Back!". After the wet summer the majority of people are very happy to see the warm weather return.

    Current temps: 20 deg C / 68 deg F
Currently listening to: sound of passing cars

    Have a great Saturday.

Morning All, nuther hot and humid here too. We are closing in on 100 for the next couple of weeks. We usually have several days of 100+ by now but this summer has really been nice in the 90's but still nice especially when you are inside with the AC on and looking out the window at summer.

Frank, I know it all depends on what you are used to when it comes to a description of what hot temperatures are, but 68f sounds like heaven to me any time of the year.

Chitweed, sorry but rain doesn't come because the humidity level is high but you should have fog any maybe some drippy mist at 99 and 100%.
