Good morning! Another hot and humid day here. It was 114 in Phoenix yesterday and 99 here. We don't do humid very well as it's normally really dry. We don't have cooling, just fans. It's not too bad most of the time. Maybe a stray thunderstorm this evening but I wouldn't bet the farm on it. dooley

Good Morning. It was 99 here yesterday also and forecast 101 today. We have high humidity with that also so it is a good time to stay in. It was Veterans Day at the Illinois State Fair and the first one my husband has missed, it was just to hot. Wannabe

60 and overcast, due to clear up later. Just got email that DH's birthday pres. is on back order, no time to order somewhere else, am making DS drive me to art supply stores to try to replace the missing gift, sigh.

A very good morning to all at GardenStew. Droopy looks like there is a big difference between the two neighbouring countries, of course you are much further north though :)

Good morning all. Another day around 105 today, but the 104 yesterday and at least that again today isn't going to bother me cause I am not getting out in it.
Saving myself for tomorrow when I will spend a great deal of time in it while helping Lisa and Kenny move.

And can't I feel that! :scheming:

14 C this morning, but the sun is trying to disperse the clouds, and hopefully I will have a nice day after all. We normally have a hot spell in August, but now it had better hurry!

Goood afternoon to all at GardenStew. The grey clouds are hovering ominously above with patches of rain here and there. I think the summer in finished.

Good Morning everyone -- 76 already this morning and was hot and muggy when I walked. Another day in the 3-digits. This is the 8th straight day of 100 or above temps here and today is suppose to be between 103-105...ugh! My workers finally finished up at the house late Monday afternoon. I'm so glad to have that finished. Enjoy your day.

    Morning all.
Helping Lisa and Kenny move today. The grandsons spent last night here and will stay here today with Amanda. Only supposed to be 102.

Loading the truck should be the easy part since their house is one story but the apartment they are moving into is on the second floor and the apartment is two story. I plan on stationing myself at their front door to receive boxes to carry inside, I am NOT going up and down either set of stairs all day.

Good Morning! 58 but headed for 89, yuk. Toni, Id never make it where you are! We are supposed to get some bypass rain tomorrow because of that hurricane headed for Hawaii, and there are lenticular clouds piling up on the mountain which also means a change in the weather. Better get the mowing done today.

Hello to all and a very good morning - up early this a.m. to do the watering before it got too hot, looking to be around 90 today which is pretty warm for here... Picking up sticks all over the yard before I get my brush pile chipped too.

Looks like we have a leak in one of our water lines, darn it - lots of digging soon to be done so we can fix the pipe. Bleah.

Otherwise a very nice day ahead, I think - time for tea and toast out on the deck with the cat now before I start in on housework.
