A HOT one here in Delaware. We are to get to 97F, breaking a few records along the way. (105F for heat index...like I wanted to hear that!)
We were in the 60's for highs early in the week, which broke Aug 'low' records.

I burned my arm on a hot lightbulb last night o_O A lamp in my room doesnt have a lampshade, and I was stretching and my arm knocked against it. Very painful *nods*

Good almost afternoon all. We are in for yet another hot, humid day but there is some home for rain next week and cooler temps by next weekend.

We are taking off in a while, will be home tomorrow afternoon...a little R & R away from home, the phone and anyone who might want something from us.

61 and overcast here, due for a rainfall. We've only had 4 sunny Sundays all summer, says the weatherman. Tomorrow's church service will be held outdoors, followed by a picnic (it's an annual thing). Hope the rain all falls today!

Good Sunday morning all. Just 15°C under overcast skies this morning. The weatherman says no rain today but we could use more.
I finally got my 3 Rose bushes, Clematis, Iris and Sawtoothed sunflower planted yesterday. They sure were happy to get out of their pots!
Have a great day all :)

    Good Morningtime everyone.
A high of 88F, and chance of showers. We could use some water. I've (actually hubby) have only mowed the lawn 5 times this summer because of the lack of rain.

Good morning! We are up early this morning on our day off. We are going to breakfast with Dan and Laurel. It's cloudy but I doubt it will rain. It would be a good anniversary present. dooley

Good Morning All -- only 73 this morning and will only be in the upper 90's today. What a welcome relief, yesterday was only in the 90's too, and I could actually feel the difference. Had a thunderstorm too! Forecast say we will be in the high 80's by the end of this coming week -- unbelievable after all the 100+ weather we have had. Have a great day.

A very good morning all at GardenStew. Brrr it's chilly these nights, definitely time to close the window at night now. I feel that is going to be more than a few bummed out people in Sweden this Autumn/Winter due to the lack of a traditionally warm summer this year. And to think I predicted this summer was going to be even hotter than the last

Good Morning everyone -- 75 and muggy when I walked earlier. Still will be in the 90's today but we do have a chance of some scattered thunderstorms. No chilly nights here for a while I'm afraid. Hope you all have a great day.

Good morning all. Still hovering around 100 degrees in the afternoons here. Looking forward hopefully to a little cool down later this week.

Had a great 24 hours away from home, except that hotel beds are never as comfy as the bed at home. And then no matter how nice the time away was, there is always twice as much to catch up with when you get home as there would have been if you hadn't left in the first place.

Mornin all. Feels nice outside at the moment, not too hot, not too cool. But its still early. Im sure itll get hotter as the day goes on. Its chilly in the house right now o_O My mom likes it kinda cold. It reminds me of a Jeff Foxworthy joke about his wifes parents keeping their house very very warm and then walking around in sweaters asking "is anybody else cold? Is it just me, is anybody else cold?" He says "Heck, Im nekked on the tile bathroom floor gasping for air! I remember when the firemen visited our school, they said thats where the last oxygen would be, right there next to the floor!" Jeff Foxworthy is hilarious :D

Anyhoo... thats all I have to say this morning :D
