    Morning all.
    Mid-70's this morning and overcast. We have been getting waves of rainy weather as a result of a tropical storm that went ashore on the western side of Mexico this time. I shouldn't really say We have been getting the rain because my yard hasn't gotten a drop, but some areas not far from us have gotten an inch or more, maybe today or tomorrow will be my turn.

    Good Tuesday morning all! Currently 15°C and overcast.
    I worked on the holiday yesterday so I could be home today to get my little darlings off to school. Now, I'm doing a BIG clean out of the house. I should be able to whip this house into shape by the time they get home from school.

    Good morning! It's only 60 here this morning and cloudy. It will be in the low 90's today. Probably no rain though. Had a lazy day yesterday. Finished all my books so it's a good thing the library will be open today. It should be a really busy day there. dooley

    Good morning! 61F and sunny right now, it's supposed to rain later on and stay at a nice, cool 76F.

    Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are nice and well-rested for the coming week. Congrats to all the parents with back-to-school kids, you made it through the summer ! :D

    Bright and breezy here, a good laundry day, so I didn't get much else done. have gotten the kids ready to return to school tomorrow and made a batch of apple and garlic jelly. Cleaned the fridge and generally pottered around. Tomorrow, allotment all day!

    A very good morning all at GardenStew. Travelling back to Sweden later today and into tomorrow. It's amazing how quickly you can re-adjust to Irish life :D

    Have a good trip, Frank! Sounds like nice, mild weather for it.

    It's a nice, mild morning here too - just a bit of cloud left from some rain that freshened everything up yesterday and made the yard all perky. First day of school for my kids, so off we go - time for another year of adventure!

    GOOOOOOOOOD Morning all. We are getting rain, first rainfall of any significant amount we have gotten since around mid-July and so far there is 1.5 inches in the rain gauge.

    Frank, hope your trip back to Sweden is safe and without too much waiting in airports.

    59 & overcast here in the PNW, headed to high 70's. Hoping to get the well house cleaned out, more wrestling with the goat fence. DD headed back to 8th grade this morning, very happy to go!

    Wow, we have 12 deg C, what luxury! But it's raining. I need to go plant my larkspurs, anemone and erythronium today, weather or no weather. My raingear is showing a bit of wear and tear, I'll wish for a new set for Christmas.

    Good morning all! Thanks for the travel wishes. The vacation is officially over, just arrived in from the airport. I slept overnight on the floor of London Stansted airport to catch a flight earlier this morning, what a terrible sleep! I'll think twice about doing it again :rolleyes: All in all a wonderful week but also glad to get back to normality :D

    Current temps: 14 deg C / 57 deg F

    Mornin peeps :) Im so glad I have the morning off from work, Im exhausted from yesterday. I worked 12 hours (with 2 half hour breaks)!!

    Grey, cloudy skies here. We need the rain. My Mint Julep rose is doing great :) I took a rose in to work yesterday ^_^ Someone thought it was fake *lol*

    Hi Frank, good to have you back to normal. Sorry to hear you had to sleep on the floor at the airport.

    Morning all, rain is gone for now and the warm temps are still with us.
    There could be more this weekend, just in time for us to be on the road on Friday going out to my Mom's and on the road again on Sunday going down to Randy's folks. First free weekend we have had since May and last we will have until Dec so we have to make both family trips on one weekend.
