The Good Day All Thread

Our U.S. had quite a day and nite with storms that rolled thru. Hope everyone is safe and o.k. this morning. our immediate area didn't seem to get much but some rain, thunder a little hail and wind. Hope that today will be a little better for everyone who was involved in any of our storms. going to be in the 60's today with some wind.

Good morning! We're off to Flagstaff today to get that radiation treatment for my thyroid. It's about an hour and a half drive. They say it won't take long but I have to miss work tomorrow because I'm supposed to stay away from close contact with people. Yuck! I made moussaka yesterday so I won't have to come home and cook anyway. You all have a good day! dooley

 

Goodmorning everyone.Its a nice sunny cool morning here today 54 Degrees its to get in the high 80s later on.Dooley you and dr be very careful on your way and have a safe return.Its always nice not to have to cook.

 

I can't believe the stories about the storms! They are heading east toward up but I don't think they are supposed to be nearly as bad. I am glad we are finally getting rain though, everything is so dry! (yet somehow the mosquitoes are still going strong...)

 

Good morning all, 8 deg C - 46 deg F and lots of wind and rain this morning. Both girls have been home for two days with fever and coughing, and will have to stay in today as well. I'm getting good at making cocoa.

 

Good Saturday morning all. It's 12°C and overcast here in Ontario. There is also a strong south wind. The weatherman promised us heavy rain and thunderstorms yesterday, but they never did arrive.
Cleaning house and shopping planned for today. Tomorrow I will play in the garden.

Good Morning from the North Woods of Wisconsin. Bright and sunny to day, 1st look at Mr. sunshine in a while. 38° as I got up this morning at 7:30, may get up into the upper 60s today. It could dry things out a bit. We went from some of the driest months to the 4th wettest October on record, and still a week to go. Things don't happen in moderation, at least as far as the weather goes. Nothing much we can do about it, we need to play the cards we are dealt.

Good morning! It's cool here today. Went to Flagstaff but didn't get pictures. They were doing controlled burns every where and it was so smoky and smelly. Swallowed my radio active pill and stopped for lunch and came home. So far, so good! Have a good day. dooley

Good morning everyone! It's suppose to be a very sunny day here. Of course, yesterday was suppose to have a chance of rain, and it was sunny all day, so we can only hope the days don't flip-flop.
