    Good Morning. It is 32 and sunny and up to 42high. We worked yesterday so I wanted to laze about but my hubby says he has to work. Maybe I can sneak out and shop? Have a good day. Wannabe

    Good morning everyone

    Lovely day here. The weatherman said 13 to 20 degrees Celsius, well it is still morning and it is already 17 degrees. :) I will keep all the cold Stewbies in my thoughts.

    No running or swimming today though. I am nursing an injury/muscle strain

    Good morning, it's very windy and rather warm. Get better quick Palm Tree.

    12 deg C - 54 deg F!

    Didn't get much done after treatment yesterday, so I'll just have to do more today.

    You also receiving treatment for your back?
    I just had a "dose of inferential treatment" (I think that is what the Physio called it). He first examined me and massaged then he just put a few electrode thingies on my back and switched on a machine, but after that one feels quite good. Feels a bit like pins and needles. I only need to do some rehab strecthes and stabilising exercises now.

    Good Wednesday morning all. Currently -8°C and SUNNY! And there is no wind which is the first time in about a week.
    I have finally managed to attract a few Cardinal's to my bird feeder. They are such a pretty color, especially with the white snowy background. Maybe I'll be able to get a couple of pictures today.

    Nuther sunny day here, upper 60's today maybe even 80 on Friday :( :( :(

    Haven't been out in the garden lately, better get a few last of the season plants in the ground.
