    WARNING_ DELIRIOUSLY HAPPY POST!!!
43 and rainy but I'm doing a happy, happy dance. I wasn't able to get down to help with the flood cleanup today like I'd hoped, so I just sat here and prayed like crazy for whatever folks from my church were able to get down there. Then the phone rang. My husband's job assigned him a team of phone-guys, and they were all sent to the street where the cleanup team was working! He reported that so many people turned out to help the folks from our church that they were able to send teams to the other houses on the street that are still a mess- we have alot of skilled builder-types in our church so they will be able to seriously help out. And DH was given a list of houses nearby to fix the phone jacks- one of them by old buddy from high school that I visited last Saturday!!! Sitting at home never felt so good!!!

    G'morning all!

Not a good night's sleep - woke at about 3.30 and that was it. Cup of coffee (doesn't help). Listened to the dawn chorus (about three of them with colds), another cup of coffee, and eventually it was time to get up to a sunny day.
Talking of coffee, I believe there's a reasonable amount in Brazil...and this might help get you moving into Sunday.
    Have a great day.

Good Sunday morning all. It's a NASTY morning here in southern Ontario. We are in the middle of a nasty winter storm with gusty winds and snow with up to 40cm expected. The perfect day to stay indoors!
Have a nice day all :)

Good afternoon all on a slighty dull but pleasant Malmö day. Still no snow here. Keep the snow photos coming, they'll help until we get some :stew2:

Good morning all. Our rainy, cold, blustery days are over for now, 30 degrees this morning and going to the low 50's, clear skies and this big yellow ball in the sky that is making a whole lot of light....I like heavy overcast days better.
We finally had our first freeze last night and since it has lasted a few hours I guess it would fit the definition of a hard freeze. Some of the last hangers-on in the garden have probably found their reason for going dormant now.

Well 11:00 here and I finally get to say good morning/afternoon. Had to shovel our 4-5 inches of snow we got over nite. Now they say we still have more the way and high winds with it. Enjoy your Sunday.

Good morning! Lots of things to do today. Cookies are waiting and I've got to get the noodles rolled out soon. Chicken is cooked and waiting for noodles. It is cold here but the sun is shining. I found the dining room table. Now, I just need to get breakfast dishes off of it and washed. Have a good day. dooley

Good morning all, the frost is still with us. -1 deg C - 30 deg F, and no snow. The sunrise is colouring everything golden, and I'm listening to Devonpete's Sleighbell Ride.

For anyone who fancies a short stroll by a Scottish loch, here's something of my own devising, and laid back, that I've called 'Martin's Air', written for a Celtic internet friend. Obviously I had to fling a kilt on to write this one...

Gooood morning / afternnon all at GardenStew. A still, chilly day here but not a whiff of snow or wind to be experienced. Travelling back to Ireland on Thursday so I have some more shopping to do.

Good Morning everyone -- a chilly 24 degrees this morning. That makes it feel a little more like Christmas even if we don't have any snow. Not missing that though. The drop in the temps really feels cold after being in the high 70's, but I won't complain with all the snow, ice, sleet and whatever going on up north from me. Think I have all my Christmas shopping done, but there's probably something I'll think of later. Have a great day.

Good Morning from Wisconsin's Great North Woods. Wow a warm spell, 12 F (-11 C) and day 19 continually below freezing. Gray undefined skies this morning and no wind, The trees across the lake are white with the overnight frost on the branches. Going to do some Christmas shopping this morning, and get ready for the trip to the city. Have a good day all.
