cold morning here in Michigan. Laundry day today and just taking it easy. Spent some of my gift card yesterday on clothes. And bought a small cactus too. Keep warm and have a good day.

Good Sunday morning all. Currently -2°C and overcast AGAIN. I checked my weather notes and found that the last time we had a sunny day was December 10th. I sure hope the sun comes out soon.
Have a great day all :)

Good Sunday Morning from Wisconsin's Great North Woods. The thermometer seems to be stuck on 12° F (-11° C). It snowed again last night, very big snow flakes, falling slowly, majestically, through the yard light, straight down to the ground. Just over an inch. The snow is so light and fluffy, when it lets go of the tree branches that it landed on, in the still air, it just glides slowly, like a feather, to the ground. It's a real Christmas Card picture out there. Hazy light gray sky this morning, with occasional patches of blue, and the wind is still. The woods are absolutely quiet, you may, if you listen close, hear the snow flakes hit the ground.

Good morning all. Chilly outside this morning, mid- 30's but going into the mid-60's this afternoon.

I am working on getting used to the new flat screen monitor I bought last night. My old monitor was a 15", this one is a 19" and it's a widescreen so lots for me to adjust to.

    It's New Year's Eve!

This will be good, we've got -1 deg C - 30 deg F, clear skies and no wind. Perfect for fireworks.

We're doing very little all day, just to make sure we're not falling asleep tonight. Enjoy your celebration!

Good New Years Eve Morning from the North Woods. 15 F (-9 C) Gray undefined overcast, and no wind. No specific plans for tonight Mimi and I will likely grill a steak and toast the new year, and tomorrow, I'll watch some football. I'll see you all next year.

Good morning all. Wow last day of 2007, the great wheel of the year has come full circle again. Sure seems like that wheel is rolling faster and faster each year.

Nippy this morning, our high temp will be reached about noon then the temps start falling, tomorrow we will be lucky to reach 40 for a high. NICE way to start the new year in my humble opinion.
No rain or falling liquid of any kind with it tho.
In fact today we are under a high wild fire warning.
