Good Wednesday morning all. Currently -5°C and overcast.
My little one seems to be more herself today...fever gone and rash fading. Dr gave her some antibiotics and we are waiting for results from her throat swab.

The Doctor thinks it may have been Scarlet Fever Toni. I'm not thinking so as she only had a sore throat for 1 day and that was before the fever. I'm going to be my own Doctor and say it was Roseola.
We get the test results tomorrow.

 

Good Morning from Wisconsin's North Woods. I don't believe it, the snow that I shoveled yesterday stayed shoveled. No new snow since mid morning yesterday. 11 F (-12 C) this morning, and a cold front coming Friday. Could be -2 F (-19 C) for a high Saturday, maybe -20 F (-29 C) over night. Brrrrrr. I can see the $$$$ flying out the furnace exhaust pipe. Seriously thinking about an outdoor wood burning boiler to reduce the cost of heating the house. There are a lot of dead trees out in the woods to cut up and split for fuel.

Good Morning. 38 and sunny so it is nicer than yesterday. We have some wind but not bad. We hit the deep freeze this weekend with temps down in the single digits. Have a good day. lWannabe

 

We have a winter storm warning in effect for tonight . . . ice and snow changing over tomorrow afternoon . . . with a high of 37 degrees F. It is supposed to start around 4:00 AM, and we may get two inches of ice. (I hate ice . . . except in my tea . . . and that is only in the summer.) lol

Good day to all...we're in a winter storm warning here with over 8" of snow predicted. I was hoping for a snow day today, but no such luck. Hopefully the roads will be in good shape for my drive home from work. Then temps down to zero for the weekend!

 

Good morning. Well we'll be getting hit by this snow coming also. We're at 21 degr.F. right now but suppose to fall into the minus degr. over the weekend. Brrr now that'll be cold. only half days of school today & tomorrow for the kids. Have a good day and stay warm.

 

A cold and snowy Good Morning from Wisconsin's North Woods. Snowing at this time, and about an inch of new on the ground, with another 4 to 6 to come today. Then cold, below 0 at night, and one day time high also. (Saturday). I was watching the tennis tournament from Australia last night, and they were suffering with the intense heat, kind of makes one stop and think some, looking out on the ice, & snow here.

Good morning! It's COLD here this morning. Only 10 deg in the shade at 9 am and about 20 in the sun. It was 43 in the house when we got up. Computer didn't want to run until it warmed up some. Today is supposed to be the coldest day of the three day cold spell and then we will go back to 60's. dooley
