Good Morning from Wisconsin's Great North Woods. It's that time of year I guess, snows just about every day, some more than others, but my shovel is getting a work out. I shouldn't complain though, after watching weather reports, those south of us are getting some really nasty stuff. I think I heard some 40 tornados terrorized folks from Texas to the Carolinas. I wish them all well.

Good morning all. There were some heavy storms around our area but no tornadoes, just really high winds and some places had hail. We got less than a tenth of an inch. But the cool front that came thru has dropped the temps back down and it feels so good. The wind is picking up again so also is the wildfire threat.

We had straight line winds around 40-60 miles per hour all day yesterday...so at the height of the wind our neighbor put some pieces of cardboard and styrofoam on the curb for today's trash pickup. About half of it is now scattered all over his yard and up against the fence....what a duffus.

Good Morning. It is 34 and raining/snowing. I would like to sit in today but a trip to town is needed. We are meeting a couple for lunch. Have a good day. Wannabe

    Hi everyone
All the Stewbies in the Tornado stricken areas - take care.
    Enjoy your holiday Penny.
I have nothing to complain about and I am grateful for that. It is another fine day here (I am NOT going to say HOT).
ENjoy your day and take care.

Good morning all, we've got 3 deg C/37 deg F, the snow is still melting away and the girls are still ill. I'm getting something too, but I don't want to!

We've got a new dishwasher in, I'm using my new mobile and it's great. We need to get on with sorting through stuff in the girls' rooms. I like it tidy, but don't like tidying up.

Gooood morning all Stewbies, what a wonderful morning it is here. It's amazing how much you miss the sun when it's hidden behind a veil of clouds but today it was shining like never before this year. Mmmmmm.

    Current temps: 6 deg C / 43 deg F

    Have a productive Thursday!

Good Morning from Wisconsin's Frosty North Woods. The sky is blue and the sun is just coming up through the woods. The Hoarfrost in the trees this morning is a sight to behold. Mother Nature is painting a beauty this morning. 0 F (-18 C). Some friends from Virginia arrived at their home here on the lake yesterday, what a first morning for them. It's hard to believe that same Mother Nature has left such destruction in Tennessee. I wish you all a happy day.

Good morning, I really hope noone was slammed with that tornado! Windy here on the prairie, and rainy, occasionally snowy. Hope it warms up a bit before I launch into recess duty- me all bundled up in DS's snow jacket and winter gloves, joyful 3rd graders leaping around in t-shirts and flip-flops and wet hair. We really do try to convince them otherwise...

Good Morning. 29 and overcast this morning. A 30% chance of snow showers today and tomorrow. We don't need anymore water around here, everything is flooded now. Cleaners are coming to clean our kitchen today so we have to move everything out and after they leave we have to clean what we took out and put it back. Well, I guess it is a good day to work inside. Have a good day. Wannabe

Good Thursday afternoon all. Currently -3°C and sunny. We had quite a surprise when we got up this morning...a few feet of fresh snow! Yet another snow day for the kids! After shoveling the way out, I headed into town for supplies and gas. Now I will relax a bit.
Have a great day all :)

    Hello everyone

We are having a day that is filled with sunshine here. I am listening to Roger Waters and belting out funny sounds that even my dogs are looking at me as if I am insane.
Nonetheless I am happy. Temperature promises to be 33 degrees Celsius outside and it is already 26 outside and it is just after 9 A.M. here.

Have a lovely stew day everyone.

Good morning all, we've got about 6 deg C/43 deg F and no wind but a bit of rain.

The girls are still ill. I'm playing with my new mobile and finding suitable ringing tones for the different groups in the phone book. Don't ask, you don't want to know.
